Iowa HS are apparently starting to get a lot of kids from other states that aren't going to have fall sports. Going to be a crazy year in Iowa HS sports if they can have it.

No reason they couldn't have played a NCAA hoops tourney in a bubble in July
All players are back working out anyway.
Let them play a tourney for teams that would have qualified on last year's record and start new season in November.
NBA get some evaluations in before draft.
