Am I the only one who finds it a little crazy that Caitlin Clark is playing for a professional team barely a month after her final college game
She's been playing since last October....and the league (or league of jealous tatted up lifestyle lifers) have been apparently guarding her like she's prime Shaq....double-teams up the court.
And she said "we" but she called out her teammates saying they didn't know the offense and were lazy....And apparently out to show her....This is a league-wide lesbo-spiracy.
We knew nobody would be her friend... Not even her own coach. When you don't have to win, draw TV ratings and be popular to exist as a sports league....and throw a bunch of women together.... Well, you have entitled emotional pettiness masquerading as a sport. Iowa was fun to watch....nobody wants to watch Griner and Taurasi play one on one in a Russian prison yard. It took the League a few weeks to remind the public why we hate the WNBA.

Well it’s hard to watch because it’s women’s basketball

You mean to tell me that the worst team in the league is still not very good even though they drafted at #1?
Gee... never heard of that happening in sports before... oh... wait...

I think it’s funny they got the #1 back to back years and Aliyah Boston was supposed to be good and she’s just a huge chick. Nothing about her has ever screamed good at basketball, just a big bitch

Why the frick even watch?
Maybe people unfamiliar with wnba have decided to give it a shot with all the media attention that the rookies have been getting.
ETA: attention to the league overall really

It’s a terrible product
It is a terrible product. They are also poorly coached. Both can be true.

Wait, there's a sports team named after my temperature exceeding 98.6F?

Aliyah Boston is the most over rated “super star” I’ve seen. They talk about her like she is great and she’s simply average.

She’s 6’5 220. Kind of hard to comprehend for a woman to be that large, that’s really her only attribute but WNBA is such a non skilled league that someone can dominate with sheer size alone

Final game with Iowa - 4/7. First WNBA preseason game - 5/3. Crazy turnaround.
She’s been playing basketball year round since she was probably 10. It’s not some crazy turnaround.
Basketball players, even girls, are typically always in elite shape.
