Neither. Watson was never criminally guilty and in Griners case a decade in prison for hashish oil is a retarded law. But she did break it, so enjoy the culture war victory.

One had a little THC Oil, the other got a hand job from multiple women. Did Watson forcefully make a hand job happen? Or was it naturally going to happen anyway. I don’t know, all I know is that both of these situations are a slippery slope.
