I've noticed week 2 is much easier so far. I took Sunday off, but on Monday I felt so much stronger and could do higher reps per set while keeping form. I'm going to adjust my daily totals to 400+ to keep Sundays off. Last Friday and Saturday I was very sore, but powered through it pretty easily....
