Yea it looks like DP got the exclusive cause they were already scheduled to interview the trainer and all this just happened.

He can't run with a smal tendon injury? I don't know much about horse racing but can't they push him through it, If he gets hurt so what? He spends the rest of his life studding it up...

Why risk it? Owner is already going to make tons of bank as it is. One misstep could cost him $50 million over the course of IHA's life.
