I would require wrapping up or at least attempting to wrap up in tackles in football.

I would say that the replay policy in NFL games should be to make the call on the field hold no value in determining the play.

I think replay in football should be how they do it in rugby. Close call, ref buzzes up to the booth, asks a specific yes or no question on the call, booth official watches replay and responds yes or no.

For example, if it's a close call on a catch, the ref buzzes up, asks "was that a catch?", replay official looks at I and says yes or no.

Soccer - eliminate offsides inside 20 yards or so. The offside trap rewards teams for not playing defense.

No. No. No. No. No.

The offside trap hurts those teams when they slip up. Keep the offside rule as it is.

IN soccer, the fact that a foul, 20 yards out, can be a penalty is a joke.

should be a small box(10 yards out), around the goal, in that, its a PK, outside, it's a free kick.

guys are 30 yards out, to the far right of box, and a player smokes the ball at him, he turns, his hand gets kit, and it's a PK.

It would also stop a lot of the diving in the box, as it would only be a FK. Sure, diving inside that small penalty area would be crazy, but they do that already!

Soccer/Futbol

Keeper should be able the ball anywhere within his team's half (but he's only "protected" within the 18).

These soccer rules changes are all a joke. No offsides? Keeper can handle the ball for half the field? The frick? You want to change a rule in soccer, then make it this. All games have a post game video review, and any dive is awarded a yellow. Get the fricking actors off the field and let the players play.

Bonus, half of Mexico's roster would be serving suspensions for accumulated cards by the time we faced them in qualifiers.

I would institute a 4 point shot in the NBA

I was coming to post this as well.

Also in the NFL they should eliminate the spot foul on pass interference... A 50 yard penalty is ludacris. You could make a different class for it, like 15 yards on a play that's not a bomb (obviously would be tough to make a distinction) or half the distance to the goal in the case of balls to the endzone..

No, it's not a PK. It's a free kick like every other foul.

Baseball - a reliever who enters the game after an inning has started must face at least two batters unless he suffers an injury. If removed after one batter, he is automatically placed on 15-day DL to prevent gaming the rule.

I like this. One hitter relievers slow the game down way too much. But I wouldn't put him on 15-Day DL. Maybe he can't pitch the next 2-5 games.
