Hell Hath No Fury is one of the better rap releases I can remember in a while.

This is pure gold.

Your best center mid in the world scored 4 goals in 26 league matches last year. He has scored 16 goals in the Primera since he started on Barcelonas first team in 2002. Steven Gerrard scored that many last year alone in the EPL. Lampard scored 3 times as many goals as Iniesta did last year. He passes well but not any better than the two I just listed.

He is an amazing player but lets get fricking real here. Best Center mid in the world is absolutely fricking ridiculous.

Oh, and Buffon is not the best keeper in the world imo. I stand by that.

Dumbest post Ive ever seen - no doubt about it. Lampard is not in the discussion at all.

As for Gerrard, in terms of an all around player, Gerrard is a better player. In terms of doing what they're supposed to do - Iniesta is by far the better player. Gerrard is a jack of all trades type of player. Does everything very well, but nothing super spectacular. I'll take Iniesta's distributing over Gerrard's all arounded play. Yes, Iniesta is just that good at distributing.

BTW to use goals as the standard to judge a center mid, is beyond stupid.

Xavi is an amazing player also, but has to make some of the stupidest decisions at times and has horrid touch on the ball when shooting. I can't begin to count the number of blown chances on goal he had just in the Champions League.

I agree with this. Someone earlier mentioned Xavi having more assists than Iniesta. Xavi takes more chances with his passes. He's a lot more hit or miss in terms of connecting on passes than Iniesta is. To me, I'd take someone with consistency in connecting the ball, rather than someone who will make the spectacular pass, but miss a lot of them. This is all personal preference of course, and I don't fault anyone who would say that Xavi is better than Iniesta.

As for the top 5 beyond Ronaldo and Messi, I'd say:

- Eto'o as the lone pure striker up there (I think Ibrahimovic is a bit overrated...atleast in big games)
- Buffon - best goalie in the world for a number of years
- Kaka - best playmaker outside of Messi/Ronaldo
- Ribery - 2nd best playmaker outside of Messi/Ronaldo
- Iniesta - IMO best distributor

Lampard can't be in the discussion? He leads Iniesta last year in the two statistics I want my center mid to have high stats in. Both Gerrard and Lampard had more assists than Iniesta and Gerrard scored 4 times as many goals and Lampard scored 3 times as many goals. I would also add that Lampard's lone striker most of the year lead the the EPL in goals last season... but he can't distribute the ball... right, it's only illustrated in the fact that he created more goals than Iniesta did last year.

I'm not knocking him at all... I think he is an EXCELLENT player for the team he plays on and the style Barcelona plays. I can't however put him in the same category as Gerrard, Xavi, Pirlo, Lampard. He's not there yet. He needs some work on his defensive game as well... I put Ribery in that category as well.

Oh, and why can't I bring up goals? You win the game by scoring goals. Iniesta is 100% an offensive weapon and he neither creates nor scores more goals than anyone I have listed. He's not the best midfielder on his team, he's not the best midfielder for his country, and he surely is not the best center mid in the world. There will never be a team that can afford to have the best center mid in the world ride the bench in a Champions League Final until the second half.

On international duty? I would say yes. For Juventus? I don't think so. Iker Casillas has been the best keeper in my book for a while now. I would put Petr Cech in that argument the last few years as well and I don't think there is anyone playing that position better than Tim Howard right now.

Buffons penalty save against Mutu in the Euro was pretty epic though.
