I watched the ucla game and they have no defense. If they make the playoff. Lincoln will keep the tradition of getting smoked..
His Oklahoma defenses were better

Except for that #1 turnover margin in the nation. But how do defensive takeaways affect games?

Wow the defense made a pick.

They still have no defense.

Quick question

Are you saying USC has a good defense?

No.

But takeaways wins games. See UCLA

So if the defense is creating turnovers do they have "no defense"?

Seems illogical that a 24 turnover defense would be so maligned. I mean what was the score of the Bama-UT game? Offense and QBs rule the day. Only when you play a crappy Qb, does a team suddenly have a great D.

Cincinnati was #6 in Turnover margin last year.

Ohio State was #3 in 2020.

Turnover margin isn't even half the story.

They're 68th in ppg, 94th in ypg, 64th in penalty ypg.

The only other time Stanford (who is 101st in total offense) scored more than 28 points was against COLGATE. Stanford has scored 16 points or less 5 times this year.

Cal, another BAD offense, has only scored 35 points or more one other time this season--against Arizona (a really bad defense at 125th in the country).

Do you think turnovers are predictive from game to game?

LSU would probably win by 3-7 points but neither team is that good.
