And his PR team need to advise him on a few things. He can be a walking cash cow.

1.) Cut his hair. Nice even fade.
2.) Toastmasters classes.

As a young black professional, I did these things and my career has been ascending every since

Problem is Dak is not an anchor to that offense. Take away zeke or cooper, he’ll struggle to win. Lamar’s got shite as receivers and still makes it happen.

When Lamar’s time comes (if he keeps this up) will potentially be the highest paid of all time. The best QBs in the league get paid more than the last guy who got paid the most, generally. As well as inflation, higher cap, etc. Lamars grandkids will be set.

Mahomes will get the most still. He's still got the most arm talent in the league.

This has nothing to do with race.

You cleaned up your appearance, became more articulate, and developed public speaking skills. Yes, that will help anyone in their career.

Lamar should be fighting for highest guaranteed money of all time, not just highest possible contract money. Defenders keep going for his legs. I’d hate to see him get hurt but defenders are trying to mess up his knees and ankles

That has never mattered in a QB's contract negotiation. The cowboys are going to have to pay him and then make a decision on Cooper. They'll probably figure out a way to pay him too. The real mistake was extending Zeke. They'll be stretched so thin on those 3 players that they won't have enough dudes elsewhere to be better than a perennial 7-9 football team unless they hit it big on their next coaching hire when they sack Garrett

if he keeps it up, no potentially about it. Pretty much every above average QB that gets extended breaks a record. That's the trend.

I bet they start initial talks on working to an extension in the offseason and have it signed before the end of year 3. They’d be crazy to wait and continue to allow his price to skyrocket.

Didn't say it did. I was just using myself as an example because it helped me

Eh, I think some of Lamar's appeal is his authenticity. He's not some super-polished pretty boy that will date Hollywood stars and be on every other State Farm commercial. He's there to win games and play football; I've always gotten the sense from him even in college that he didn't like any of the extracurriculars outside of football itself.
