I know CBS screwed themselves, but why isn't Penn St. v. Minn a primetime game

And it's not even Fox's "Big noon" bs. It's on ABC.
So, what is the actual ABC night game? well Clemson v. NC State, of course.

I am likely wrong but I believe both schools had to agree to a night game and also have to work out something with the networks.

ABC should show more AAC prime time games. Memphis vs SMU was a great game and entertaining as hell. 10x better than Clemson beating the absolute dog shite out of a crappy team and Dabo running with “aw shucks” act, which is what we have tonight.

They amended it to allow night games in November but only if the home team agrees to it. Minnesota said no to it, so it had to be a day game. It’s on ABC because ESPN, not Fox, had the “first pick” of B1G games this week. Thus they picked the penn state Minnesota game.

If CBS had a prime time game tonight it would be LSU/ Bama. 2 vs 3 is a huge game. 4 vs 18 is just a regular game. Not anything great even though the Gophers are 8-0. If you are 8-0 and ranked 18 you have played no one.
