Ravens odds were at like 30-1 a few weeks ago and are now in the 10-12:1 range

Given the way those games have turned out for the last three years I think you mean the Ravens are staring down a Round 2 matchup with the Chiefs if the chalk holds up.
(And actually if the chalk held up the Ravens would be staring down a Round 2 match up with a golf course because they are the lower seed versus the Titans.)

The Ravens are favored and should beat the Titans - they are 3.5 point chalk.
The Chiefs would be likely 8+ point favorites vs the Titans. The Ravens will be around 4 or 5 point underdogs.

Chalk means higher seeds win. It has nothing to do with point spreads or betting favorites.
