I have heard them say he has Vick's running ability but is a better passer.

I haven't heard them compare him to Vick either. I've heard them compare him to players like Elway and Steve Young actually. This dude is just really stupid or a troll.

And yeah, Luck has a little bit of the Tebow goody goody golden boy thing - but so far as I can tell he is not a publicity hound and has handled his fame and success very well
