The rest of the season, TNF is on NFLNetwork ONLY...unless you are in a "local market". Then it will be on a network.

NFL broadcast rules state that if a game is carried on cable nationally, then one over-the-air television station within each teams' market is allowed to contract to broadcast the game, for free.

Baton Rouge and New Orleans are completely separate television markets.

It's pretty BS how Baton Rouge is considered the local market and would be part of the blackout when games didn't sell out but it's not in the local market to get the NFL network game on a local channel.

But I have NFL network so whatever. It's just dumb how that works.

Not for blackouts.

That's true for non-sellouts, then the 75-mile radius rule applies.

Of course, the FCC ended its blackout rule for sports, but the NFL broadcast contract (which runs several more years) still contains it.

You don't have to be confused.

CBS is not airing anymore TNF games.

The ONLY reason why its on in New Orleans or Charlotte is because they are local markets and the local affiliate got the rights to broadcast the NFLN broadcast.

If it is not on cbs, try streaming off of wiziwg. It has better stream quality and not ads unlike firstrowsports. However, I don't know if it works it the USA or not, but it is probably worth a shot.
