How to Watch Astros on COX in New Orleans?

I can't find a way to watch the Astros on Cox. MLB.tv blacks them out as does Extra Innings due to being in market, although I don't get the games on Cox (I get Rangers).
Anybody know a way to get ALL Astros games on Cox or will I have to switch providers?
TIA

UVerse or DirecTV are the only way to get it on television. You can also order MLBTv but you have to go through a VPN to mask your location in order to skirt the blackout. Those are your only options. Actually, you could watch the game after it is over on MLBTv without a VPN but not live.

That's what I was afraid of. Thanks. What is a VPN, btw? How would that work?

VPN stands for Virtual Private Network. You connect to it and it issues you an IP Address from that network. So if you connect to the one in Atlanta, it makes people think you are in Atlanta, thus not blacking out the games for the Astros viewing area.
There are many VPN services out there. Most decent ones would cost something monthly. I tried open source VPN before I had UVerse and it was unusable. I have never used any of the paid ones but if you google VPN you should be able to find many choices. I don't think they are that expensive. Some others may have some suggestions as to which one is better.

Stealthy allows you to see blocked websites from a click of a button.
Is your country or organization one of the many that block you from Facebook, YouTube or others? Want to get past the restrictions and government or organization block? Then Stealthy is the solution for you.
With stealthy you'll get access to the entire internet. No restrictions. No limitations. Get past all country or organizational limitations, restrictions, forbidden sites. Basically, you'll be like a spy, able to get through all areas, undetected.

VPN
this is what I use to watch every single Texas Rangers game on MLB.tv
I just use the holaVPN Google Chrome extension and have had no issues aside from having to clear my cookies every couple of weeks.
ETA: HolaVPN is free and is in the Google store

Buy a fire stick. Load Kodi. Watch anything you want.

Reddit may or may not have a subreddit dedicated to MLBStreams. In this potential MLBStreams subreddit they supposedly list free MLBStreams to games 45 mins before they start. Allegedly.

It is nuts that NOLA is in-market for the Astros.

Not sure about MLB, watched a bunch of NHL games there during the playoffs.

U verse is by far the best. Get every Astros and Rangers game

I got UVerse in Baton Rouge only to watch the Astros. If PlayStation Vue had ROOT I would've switched months ago. Also listen to the guy who mentioned Reddit....they might happen to have mlbstreams.....
ok i'll cut the shite. go to /r/mlbstreams

So in-market games are NOT blacked out with Kodi?
