I’m always going to root for a coach thinking outside the box in trying to turn a program around but damn. Deion is going to scraping the barrel pretty soon for depth

After reading the statement the stud WR put out, I think he just didn’t want to be associated with the hood shite Deion was doing.

he actually doesn't really know how to manage players at a power 5 school,

The difference between Colorado and Jackson State, is, at Colorado, they have options. Those guys may be going to a slightly lesser but more stable G5 or FCS program

In the SWAC, if you transfer out, you’re probably not going to another D1

Paul Finebaum says he’s losing “a couple players to the portal” lol

Coaches from other schools have an easy task here.

New crew comes in, saying it's all about the benjamins, acting like immature MTV reality stars...

Actual grown-up coaches from programs with a winning trajectory call-up and can offer maturity, stability, and cash. Easy sell.

I think we've all had the "new boss" show up that was a complete and udder cluster frick. That guy might be brilliant, but he sucks at managing shiat. Maybe the same is true here.

I think he will do well. I saw his doc and he seems like a damn good coach with discipline. I do t think he will win national championships but he will win more than 1 game a season like they did last year

46 players enter portal since start of off season, no other program more than 29. 10 remaining scholarship players who logged a start remain on the roster. Kudos to him sticking to his plan but damn, you got to have depth, and looking at their schedule it’s no cakewalk, kicking off with TCU.

He also just chased away the star of the spring game (which happened Saturday, like 3 days ago).

He was going to be 5th/6th on the depth chart. He wants to be a starter. Good for him.
