They were one of the most entertaining teams to watch as well. Played very tough, physical defense

The funny thing is that the city is the polar opposite of the team back then.

Sheed was a FA that wasn't gonna re-sign with the Hawks. they came outta that trade with the Pistons 1st rounder, which they used on Josh Smith. that trade also brought the 30 or so game Bob Sura Era to Philips, which included an epic upset of the Lakers where Bob went nuts. win win I say.

oh yeah, Sheed played a game as a Hawk, and ended up playing 83 reg season games as a result.
