I know everyone likes to focus on the top of the draft, but the Texans have 5 of the first 75 picks in the draft.

Yep. They also had a good draft last year, and they are well under the cap also. If it weren't for ownership, I would say they have a great chance to be a playoff team very soon. That is a big IF.

Raiders have no desire to trade their #7 pick much less thinking you would get another one lmao.

The Raiders are an absolute shite show, and if there is anything I am absolutely sure of is that NOBODY knows what the Raiders are thinking.

As for the value of trading up to #2 from #7, there is NFL precedent. Anyone here laughing at the notion hasn't been paying attention.

2012 – The Robert Griffin III Trade
WASHINGTON received 2nd overall pick
ST. LOUIS received 6th and 39th overall picks, and 2013 and 2014 1st round picks

Bears just traded with Carolina...so the Panthers will take the 1st QB off the board and the Bears will take the best defensive player available at 9 (or use some of the draft picks they just got from Carolina to move back up a little).

I still say the Texans take the best QB on their board at #2.

Damn, the Bears dropped 8 spots and cleaned up. So much for trading down being hard.

This post will not age well if Carolina picks Levis

Piss-poor QB draft and these idiots are going to get the scraps leftover at No. 2. Will probably be Stroud - how wonderful these OSU qbs have done in the past.

If they’re smart they’d trade down but I hope they go all in and continue to shite the bed. Scum organization. Almost makes me want to root for the Cowboys.

Bryce Young is a generational talent that you must trade UP to get.

Found the Panthers GM.

I can tell you exactly what they're thinking actually. Signing Jimmy G and drafting Peter Skoronski at #7.

I mean, doesn’t seem like the worst idea Hog

Skoronski is going to be a beast for a long time.

They still can. The Raiders need a QB as bad as any team in the league and are now faced with Young, Stroud, and Levis all off the board.

I'm okay with it for sure. And I agree on Skoronski.

I think the Falcons will take him if he's there at 8.

If it's between him and Broderick, I'd go w/Broderick just b/c he's an athletic freak but you really couldn't go wrong w/either.

Skoronski is strictly a G on the pro level, though IMO.
