What kind of assets do they have to get to five?

They need to get to 3 to get Tua.

That sort of would be a hot take because Belichick is famous for trading down constantly to get guys nobody wants in the 3rd and 4th rounds.

Because he's just gonna make 'em stars and they'll come cheap.

A hot take would be "Belichick is going to bring Andrew Luck out of retirement"

A team that just traded their QB moving up in the draft to draft a QB isn’t exactly a hot take

A. They didn’t trade away anything.
B. Patriots moving up that far with the assets they have is a hot take.

Miami can offer a lot more than the Pats have to offer.Pats have very very little to offer.

Depends if Tua drops. The Pats aren't giving up a ton of draft picks to move up. That's not their style.

Excuse me, I forgot he was a free agent. It’s still not a hot take, just a stupid one

No. No it isn't. Belichick got Brady in the 6th with pick 199. He took a team led by 7th rounder Matt Cassel to an 11-5 record. He isn't going spend shite moving up to get a major injury risk like Tua.

I can’t imagine a package they could put together to get them close

Give it a 90 percent chance they trade down

Lol.

BB wouldn’t be interested in Tua.

I think that’s a pretty ridiculous notion
