WTF? Cops acting tough and over the top
Tell you what. Get pulled over for going 60 mph in a 40 mile zone. Argue with the cop and keep your window rolled up. Then get back with us how that turns out for you

Talking to a Police Officer
After you have pulled over in a safe location, rolled down your window, shut down your car, and gathered your documents be prepared for the questions the police officer may ask you. During a traffic stop law enforcement has the right to:
* Ask for your legal documentation (driver’s license, proof of insurance, vehicle registration)
* Search your car (the officer has probable cause, believes you could be hiding a weapon, drugs, or drug paraphernalia, with a valid search warrant, or if you have given consent)
* Conduct a breathalyzer test if they are reasonable suspicious you have been driving under the influence of alcohol or might be suspect for a DWI in Louisiana
* Ask you to step out of your vehicle (do not get out of your car unless asked)
quote:
You do not, however, have the right to:
* Refuse to show your driver’s license, proof of insurance, or registration
* Refuse to step out of your car after being asked to
* Physically stop a police officer from searching your car, even if you verbally declined consent to the search

Doesn't matter. You are a cop. You stopped someone for a simple traffic infraction.
Take.their I'd, run the plate, and write the ticket.
No one needs a sermon or 100 questions from a cop. We ALL know what they're doing, trying to gather some sort of incriminating evidence for other stuff.
Give proper ID etc, and never say another word.
But cops can't stand when they lose their power. And they take it further and we end up here.
And yes, unfortunately for all, it's perfectly legal to be in your own vehicle and to be a dick..
If cop ever feels unsafe, he should return to his vehicle and proceed writing ticket.
That was tried, Hill wanted action and he got it.

It’s hard to give Tyreek the benefit of the doubt given his extensive history.

Hill being an a-hole has nothing to do with the evidence, the law and the constitution.
