Has this site ever had anything else that compares to the MJ v Lebron debate?

This place gets really crazy come NBA playoff time. Just non-stop MJ is the GOAT. No, Lebron is the GOAT. Everyone, even the most logical and educated posters, ends up going full retard during this debate.
Is there anything else that comes close? I remember things got crazy during Tebow's run in 2011. The rant was obsessed with USC back in the day. Or is MJ v Lebron the GOAT thread starter in the history of TD?

ATPB was far and away the most amazing thing that's ever happened on this site
Petrino's motorcycle accident was pretty cool too but it didn't have the staying power that ATPB did
Dale Denton denying, denying, denying for like 36 hours was one of the greatest things I've ever seen. Even more embarrassing he would never acknowledge the situation ever again
