Short prints are usually worth more than relics or sticker autos. The Acuna super short print goes for $200-$300 on eBay. It can be had at places like Walmart and Target.

I haven't bought a box in years. I miss ripping packs to find out what's inside. But I don't miss getting 10% value back from the contents.

I have a twitch account and did openings for TCGs, I wouldn't mind doing breaks

This was probably my favorite thing to do as a kid besides actually playing sports. Now I pretty much just try to collect a mid-level rookie of every Auburn player that makes it to the pros. Hadn't done it for the last three years so ordered about 12-15 cards off ebay in the last week.

Someone cried to the mods about the group break, so they anchored the thread. So ShamelessPel quit having the breaks here. Which was too bad. I enjoyed watching the break.

That’s not why. In the help board the mod said we used the upvote and downvote as a poll which got it RAd. It was okay to do the break.

As someone who has bought and sold in the past, the only thing worth investing and spending any money greater than $50 in my opinion...

Graded old baseball and basketball cards.
You’re losing your shirt on anything else. Busting boxes solo will not give you any ROI besides thrill of opening packs.

I still have two plastic sheets of basketball cards from my childhood that somehow survived Katrina. J Kidd & Penny rookie cards are the highlights of the collection. I've that piece of nostalgia off to my son.
