Has there ever been a year with the amt of massive job openings like we’ve seen this year?

Florida
Oklahoma
Notre Dame
Washington
Miami (not official yet)
Virginia Tech
Lower tier includes Duke, ULL, and La Tech
Feels like the only things we’re missing are Texas and Tennessee. We just need Sark to fall off the wagon and Oklahoma to hire Heupel.
Come on Oklahoma. What the world needs to heal is another Tennessee coaching search.

The playoff system, transfer portal and paying players is changing college football good or bad it's changing.
It's pretty much make the 4 team playoff or you failed

OU taking Venables. Clemson’s DC opening is just as huge as half of those on the list, including LSU.

I think 2020 likely put a number of places on hold as far as pulling the trigger and making moves. So there’s some catch up factor here as well.

in terms of numbers, it has happened before. In terms of Blue Bloods, I don’t think it’s ever even come close. What's truly amazing is how blue bloods are stealing coaches from other Blue Bloods.
Probably the closest thing ever to LSU stealing Brian Kelly is Army stealing and Paul Dietzel from LSU back in the early 60s.
