Dude, you are kind of going in circles. Adams and Lamb are the pieces they have left from trading a guy who will, at worst, be 2nd team all-NBA this year (likely first team). I get it if you think that they had no choice but the point is those players don't give them a better chance at a championship than Harden does. Their age is irrelevant. If y'all win a title, then it won't really matter. You'll have done it without Harden.
Adams will end up being a solid role player, maybe along the lines of Collison. Valuable, but certainly not the center piece for a super star. That trade was terrible and will be looked at as one of the worst ever when it's all said and done. If OKC wins a ship, then it won't be as bad.
Honestly I am pulling for y'all. If Houston doesn't get there and OKC plays Miami, I'm praying OKC wins it all.

It would have been one thing if they were "throw-in's" as part of a trade package for a good player. But that's not what happened. They weren't throw in's.
Lamb and Adams was it. They were the trade.
