Making history. Impossible to deny The MVP from a player who makes history and puts up numbers the league has never seen.

His other 50 point triple double was 53/16/17 for any of those that have forgotten. He's playing ridiculously good basketball this season.

Yep playing great.
Gonna be fun watching him til the Rockets lose in western semis

They might lose in the semis, it's hard to make it past that in the western conference. They are legit contenders though and have a good shot at making it all the way. Postseason will be a lot of fun this year, looking forward to seeing how it plays out.

How come fusy?
I'd say they win the conference semi-finals but not sure I would say they are a legit contender. To me for them to be a true contender they have to have a legit shot to beat GSW. That's tough to say. Unless of course the warriors suffer an Injury. (Or 3 like last season. And let's throw in a suspension for good measure)

That's the same argument for Westbrook winning the mvp if he avgs a triple double but I think Harden is now getting the recognition for the season he is having
It is going to be a fun 2nd half. Love it when there is a 2 or 3 person race for the MVP.

Yea I did that on purpose.
Harden also doing things that have never been done. Big O averaged a triple double before. Advantage harden. If westbrook was the only guy doing things that have never been done he would have a legit argument. With CC ending up 10+ games above OKC at seasons end it shouldn't be all that close TBH.

It is crazy tight right now. Harden averages more points and rebounds. Westbrooks has more assist.
The rockets have more talent but it isn't like harden is doion an absolutely loaded team. So I think seeding and win total matters when it comes to voting. Especially since MVP voters already vote that way

I agree. Westbrook was the clear favorite from the start of the season but what Harden is doing is getting the recognition he deserves and is in the MVP race
I think it will come down what happens down the stretch (obviously) and seedings in the playoffs
Should be a fun 2nd half

If blocks had been a stat, Wilt would have so many triple doubles, it wouldn't even be an argument.

I wouldn't go that far brotha ....

Ha.
There's no way Harden can be Harden and Russ be Russ on the same team. One would have to greatly alter their style of play.
I'm fine with getting Adams to OKC and have no ill will against Harden.
