And again, similar to Carr, Cooper put up back to back 1,000+ yard 5TD+ seasons and he's still just 24 years old.
Someone will trade for him and maybe he gets back on track with a fresh start, very possible.

And Gruden has a "my guys" complex ever since people tainted his Super Bowl win by accusations:

He feels he's never gotten the credit as a Super Bowl winning coach so he's going to show everyone.
Blow it up, build it from the ground up and win with his hand-picked team ala Jimmy Johnson.
