technially yes, but generally people mean RB's
I think it's the opposite...when writers talk about (historically) the greatest backfield they mean/include the trinity. 2 backs and the QB. Doesn't really matter.

They backed in in 2003. And he FAILED. They played a way overmatched colorado team in the 2004 BIG 12 tg, and he Failed against USC. But BACK on topic. He should NOT even be in the discussion.

So these OTHER teams did this with ZERO O-lines????? Get it straight dumbass. You HATE the '95 Husker team and SUCK USC DICK.

Yep, which is why I was all over TJ McDonald.
Combo production is the measuring stick. Show me Frazier's passing stats and we'll talk. Tommie Frazier, Lawrence Phillips, Ahman Green - three guys who all do the same thing is not the best backfield in history.

no they didn't, do you know what backing in means? In 2003 OU got in despite losing the Big 12 CG because they had such a big lead. LSU "backed in in 2007 when WVU and Mizzo lost, see the difference?

And he FAILED
he was also hurt, just because the team lost does not mean the QB failed, there are 21 other starters.

and he Failed against USC
No, OU lost, the whole team played bad, USC was much better, going 24-3 over 2 years is not failing dumbass.

I didn't bring him up and thoought you meant LenDale White, who i mentioned in my response to you, I did not see Hot Carl's comment about Jason. I would take Bradford over J White from OU.

because the point was best backfield, not most effective.
95 NU may be one the best team ever, they were not the best back field.

Yeah but he's on the USC team now.
I knew that looked wrong when I typed it.

If you want to bring up Dyer, you know Jamal Charles was on Texas in 05 right?

Leinart or Tebow
my answer as well
1)Tebow
by far
2)Leinart
3)Vince Young
Vince Young was great, but there were so many QBs that tore up the Big 12 the last decade that I just can't put him #1.
Tebow made the SEC look silly...a conference that has pretty much dominated college football over the last 10 years.

Reggie Bush is the best player over the past decade in college football.
Agree at least that it is arguable he is #1. Lienart and Tebow as well. No others. Better than Cam. Bush was money. He never disappointed

So? WTF are you talking about? Charles was arguable better than Dyer, if you are trying to say Cam had more help that's just patently false, you are just quibbling.
2005 J Charles 119 878 7.4 11
2010 M Dyer 182 1093 6.0 5
