Flying into Chicago May 21 and playing the Warren Course at Notre Dame on Friday, Arcadia Bluffs Saturday morning, Point O Woods Saturday afternoon, Harbor Shores Sunday. My buddy who is the member at Bally built a house on 7 at Harbor Shores, his wife is from there and her family is still there, so happy wife = happy golf life We will be at Ballyneal Father's Day weekend and again in July. One of those 2 trips you need to come join us and we can play a round at DCC as well.

I watched some a few weeks ago. Waiting to see Net and Bandit pull off some of those trick shots.

One would end up in the hospital and the other in jail.

Quick re-direct to range finders. I use a Nikon. It is camo for hunting, but works fine on the course. I usually use it to find distances to fly hazards onto the green. Also, I have found that the GolfPad app works well. I have shot distances with my Nikon and the app is really close to the number. If you pay for the premium, it will give you a fly over of the hole and give distances to different markers. Also, you can create a landing spot of your own.

I'm going to do a subtle brag here... Just got a tee-time to play Chambers Bay on Saturday... Imma enjoy ever one of my 110 strokes in 90% chances of rain haha.

Thanks for the recs, I'm leaning Bushnell V3 with Jolt for rounds with no beer so I'm not shooting cane fields across the railroad tracks.

I got this new email re: The Oaks.

Ladies and Gentleman,

I was very happy and enthusiastic about our turn out for the meeting at the Oaks 2 weeks ago. We had a lot of good questions and comments about how we were going to open the golf course again.

We will have our follow up meeting tomorrow night, the 4th at 6:30pm in the tennis building. If you didn’t make it to our last meeting you will want to come to this one because the owners have stepped up their game and want to show us that they are serious about their commitment to the reopening of this golf course.

We ask that you invite anyone that has any interest in seeing the golf course open. Please forward this to anyone that wants to see this happen.

See you tomorrow night,
Hien Nguyen

Yea. They aren't that good on the course tho. One hit an 8 iron 35 ft off line in a competition.
