I can’t think of a better place to host the Midsummer Classic. Truly one of the best MLB stadiums and cities to host this event.

The Midsummer Classic is returning to San Francisco.
Major League Baseball announced on Friday that the Giants have been awarded the 2028 All-Star Game presented by Mastercard.
It’ll mark the fourth time San Francisco has hosted the marquee event and accompanying All-Star Week activities, which include the Home Run Derby, the Futures Game and the MLB Draft.

Is the mlb just going to refuse to have an AL team host it?
Last year Braves, this year Phillies, next year cubs and then SF
All
Fine venues but that’s 4 NL teams in a row

The AL is infested with obese slobs like Cal Raleigh. It’s no surprise they don’t want to reward beta male AL teams.

The AL East (minus TB) should get an ASG soon, it's been a while since anyone has had it in that division.
Rogers Centre-1991
Camden Yards-1993
Fenway-1999
Yankee Stadium (old)-2008

AL stands for Abide in the Lord. God fearing AL teams don’t want or need the heathen NL filth. We’d be better off with that entire league.

The "****" where you live will just be in the closet in phony marriages that disintegrate, leaving the kids traumatized forever. I like that.

Good point. I feel like it was an unwritten rule that there was a giant rotation except for a place like the Trop, and it was only altered with new stadiums or the Indians ditching Wahoo.
