They aren’t good enough offensively not to know how to use that kinda talent

Mike Tomlin should have been fired several years ago. Steelers are an unserious franchise.

They haven’t had a QB good enough to routinely get him the ball. But yeah, the Steelers offensive scheme has been dogshit for awhile now.

He was a major head case.

For a coach who kept ANTONIO BROWN under control.

Pretty much their entire offense last year was Russ moonballs to Pickens.

The Steelers are going to be favored in probably one remaining game. I posted it earlier this year, it’s time to have a conversation about Tomlin.

To old school. Pickens can be a distraction, but he’s a difference maker and Pittsburgh has sucked on offense for several years. And Tomlin can’t seem to figure out what to do at quarterback between Pickett, Fields, Russ, and Rodgers it’s been a tough scene.

If the objective is to win championships, they need to move on

That lies solely on Kevin Colbert, the previous GM, for not having a succession plan after Ben retired. Khan, the current GM, has been left in a lurch because of it.

Tomlin’s been there for two decades, he has agency. And he just brought in an uninspiring retread Arthur Smith.

The GM makes the final call baw. Tomlin has say but ultimately it is Colbert and now Khan's decision.

Smith has done a pretty good job.

Just stop. Tomlin has an awful history with coordinator and assistant hiring. There’s a reason he doesn’t have a coaching tree.

It’s painfully obvious the Steelers need an overhaul.

The owner makes the final call. And the owner has kept Tomlin through multiple GM’s

Yep like who is going to get the ball to Pickens. Pitt's QB's are garbage

It’s Arthur smith. He could have megatron and Randy moss and his qb would throw for 2900 yards on the year.

It was not working out in Pittsburgh. They needed the split.
