Was miserable winning 10 games with a rookie QB and $50m in dead cap. I really envy the Raiders’ ability to churn out 6 win seasons and call it a success.

Imagine paying a 34 year old Geno Smith a 40-45 million $ contract after a 21 TD, 15 INT and 53.8 QBR type season. Dude even got his OC fired.

Sanders sitting behind Geno for a few years might be the best thing to happen to him. He has the makings of a good mentor.
