Honestly, I think Chicago will be lucky to win one. There is no stopping LeBron right now.

Thibodeau will figure out how to eke out a couple wins

Emotional win on the road to take a long-fought series. I have a feeling Miami is going to punch Chicago right in the mouth.

Miami by 17, at least, in Game 1.

Glad they lost. Don't have to witness them getting gang banged by the Heat now. Thank you, Chicago.

This Nets team is definitely a bigger disgrace than the 12-70 team a few seasons ago, though. Completely gutless.

I haven't seen it brought up, but I think it may make sense for both teams to do a CP sign and trade for Rose. CP goes to a big market team that can legitimately win a championship with him, Clippers get a very good PG under contract for a while longer, and Bulls get rid of someone whose attitude doesn't fit at all with the rest of the team.

I agree. I see Chicago winning maybe games 3 and 5, then Miami taking the series in Game 6 in Chicago

Can anyone confirm game 1 of the Bulls/Heat series? Monday?

Nah.

Chicago does have a lot of heart, but the Heat are just too fricking good. Bulls will be coming off an exhausting 7 game series while the Heat are completely rested, as well.

Miami will sweep.

Miami in 5. Bulls are too scrappy to get swept, IMO. They'll take a game, and come close in a couple others.

The adavantage of having a stronger grit and sense of toughness is what helped the Bulls win this series, but in the Heat series, they'll face a team with much better players that are well rested and aren't afraid to hustle and grid it out. They won't have any of the advantages they had against the Net when they play the Heat.

this is a joke, if Im the Nets owner I have a fire sale

Chicago is undermanned, no rose, no deng and a starting lineup consisting of jimmy butler, nate robinson, and marco belinelli and they win on the road vs a lineup with 4 $10M/yr+ guys with 2 having max deals and this is the result?

-Nobody wants joe johnson I'd package him with lopez to the lakers for dwight and metta...i know lakers wont do it but the lakers have a history of dealing shaq for a bunch of mediocre pieces)
-amnesty wallace
-deron doesn't seem like he cares anymore, send him to the clippers for cp3 who seems to want out and ill bet he starts to care again when he has a legit team around him

2013 lineup

Chris Paul
Marshon Brooks
Metta World Peace
Reggie Evans
Dwight Howard

That is one tough as hell defensive lineup and CP3,Dwight and Marshon provide more than enough scoring, as a nets fan this is my wet dream scenario and I honestly think it has a legitimate shot if these teams wanted because nothing i proposed is some crazy trade......dwight and cp3 dont seem happy where they are and the nets have pretty fair value to offer

Lakers won't do that. If Dwight leaves, they'll just be mediocre next season and go into a loaded 2014 FA class with a ton of money.

They can't.

It will be the same team that just lost to a WAY undermanned Bulls team in the first round. He's a better player than DW, but that team is still stuck with two AWFUL contracts on the wings.

Noah gets major props for the way he produced while he was hurt. Dude is the cornerstone for that team.
