Seems like only yesterday when everyone was asking if any major sport could be supported in Las Vegas, and tonight the A's are playing in Vegas (Summerlin) as game 4 is happening for the VGK. Both will probably sell out.

Not sure if anyone saw the crazy game last night between the A's and the Brewers. What a roller coaster ride.

Yes. That's one reason Sacramento is a temporary home.

I’m vacationing in Vegas now and went to the watch party outside t-mobile arena for Saturday’s game and it was awesome. Going to stadium swim tonight

Will be curious to see how rabid Knights fans are when their team isn't making the Stanley Cup Finals almost every other year.

ETA:

Stanley Cup Finals - 3 years
Conf Finals - 2 years
2nd Round - 1 year
1st Round - 2 years

Did not make playoffs - 1 year

Agreed, but I think Vegas has done such a phenomenal job weaving the team into the fabric of the community that the Knights really are Vegas' team. The raiders and As are just visiting, but the Knights belong to Vegas. When they have their inevitable rebuild/doldrum, they'll still have tremendous support.

29th largest metro in the US. Hard to believe they can support all four major sports, but good for them - it's a pretty crazy come up in the last decade or so

Vegas will still draw tons of away NHL fans even if Knights aren't good. TMobile seems like a great arena and is literally connected to the strip.
