The Caps don't. In fact, Orlov might get healthy and return to the lineup giving us the problem of too many blueliners.
On the other hand, we really could use a right wing to play with Ovechkin and Backstrom. Must be willing to work cheap.

You know this Baloo, you can never have too many Defensemen. Especially after last night, Montreal is really going to be looking for one. Would the Caps take Heatley as a rental for a run? He is $5.0 Mill in salary and still can score, when needed.

would hate to lose DLR but we have lots of youngsters already. I like tokes as well, but yes i would jump on that in a new york second. I really think Tokarski gets traded. I thought it is why they started him last night. I know they said it was to give him "a better chance to win." The bad thing is he has consistently hurt his value the last 5 starts (0-5) and blown 2 leads. Going into the year, I called for Tokarski to be traded for scoring, but it just seems the defense needs more help now with Pernell and Emmelin possibly being out.
I think there is 2 major deals out there still to be had.
Boston giving up on Lucic to a team in the West for a youngster to build with Pasternak. Also, I think the Flyers will dump one of their guys like Vinny to a team needing an older vet who can provide winning leadership and scoring (San Jose).
The Montreal Gazette's webcast is comparing CP31 to St Patrick, claiming may be better...DA HELL is wrong with them? Their fan poll is split 50-50 on making a trade.

I don't think they are showcasing tokes at all. just giving carey a break. personally i would have let carey play last night and let tokes play tonight against the panthers.

When did they call Tinordi up? Why did they? I thought they would leave him to keep him in fold longer. I think Drewiskie is going to be a monster when they bring him up next year.
