Yes, a man in that scenario is silly enough to offer a woman a Name, Image and Likeness bottom chick scholarship worth 1.5 million.
For clarity: No way he offered 1.5 million for one shot. But a 3-year or 5-year deal for 1.5 million. Yes, that could happen. Especially if he's trying to compete with Sharpe in the sexual Olympics.
