Red Bull didn’t work out but I see him succeeding elsewhere. Also seems like a better driver now.

Is that the closest thing we had to an overtake for the whole race?
I saw Mick had team orders to let Mazespin pass, but I don't remember another on track pass.

I believe so. Although maybe there was a pass we missed while watching Stroll cut the chicane at the swimming pool over and over.

It was. Apparently not run by the normal crew due to it being in Monaco and is run by an independent Monaco provided crew.

Yea. Even qualifying was off on the broadcast. They consistently cut away too quickly to catch the next camera. Qualifying was a little hard to watch. I’m not complaining. I know it’s a massive undertaking to broadcast these things. There was just a noticeable drop from the normal broadcast.
Happy to see Max win though. I don’t mind Monaco as much when it’s not Lewis leading. But no doubt Merc will come back with a vengeance in the next month.

Hamilton had a few fast laps but net net he was off the pace today. It’s a circuit where car performance matters less so not surprised at the top 4 with maybe Leclerc missing out.

FOM has never produced the TV broadcast for Monaco and maybe never will. Only independent production left on the calendar.
Around 2005-15, when FOM production wasn't nearly as good as it is now, you could always count on the Monaco broadcast to have better angles and production. Not so much now.
