Mazepin had choice this race for 1st or 2nd (pretty common for teams to alternate like that). Mick's engineer said he could go. Mazepin then told he could go, and was allowed to overtake Mick.
Mick then overtook Mazepin and that is the fighting we were seeing when Vettel showed up.
Mazepin said he wasn't sure who made what calls and why they had conflicting info.
