they just built a long awaited indoor practice facility.
took them weeks to blow the roof up.

fwiw, they're not the only team who is/was without an indoor facility. The Chargers, 49ers, and Rams don't have one at all. And they're not the only one with a cheap one like that:

Cardinals
Most big college programs have nicer facilities than NFL teams do. I thought most people knew this already

College football facilities are not only better than the NFL. They’re the best in the world. There are soccer players from the Premier League who have come over here and were in awe of the facilities that our college football teams have.

Realistically, Joe B is only gonna be there for his rookie contract. I'm pretty sure Carson Palmer had a long talk with him.

That’s an old picture from UC’s practice facility, Bengals haven’t practiced in there’s yet. Friday will be the first day for that.

The point being, a lot of NFL owners are cheap when it comes to their practice facilities.
