I actually heard this past year, they never practiced the offense at the speed they wanted to use in game because Taggart worried it would tire the defense out.
Not sure if it's true or just internet rumor..but it was shocking when I heard it, yet I fully believed it. Just sounds like something his dumb arse would do.

Warren Thomspon and DJ Matthews have been a problem since their first day on campus. Other players are tweeting their support for Norvell and his handling of all this, Marvin Wilson even tweeted about players without the right "motive" not needing to be out there, and even an ex Memphis player tweeted that FSU players were spoon fed. Truest thing I've read in years about this team. If Norvell bounces their arse like he needs to, politics will come into play and certain people will blast him for it

Warren Thompson has made it a habit to shite on his coaches, he’s just a bitter dude mad that he’s getting beat out at WR every year. I remember when made a IG post laughing at Taggart being fired. Dude is trash. These coaches are trying their best to follow all these scrambled guidelines that change all the time.
