Fla St being left out because of the injury is appropriate and makes sense. Fine.

But to use that excuse and then still put them 5 means the committee doesn’t do its job past the top 4. They should then be below UGA, Oregon, Ohio St at minimum. Maybe you put them ahead of Missouri.

How can it be reasonably stated that yep, they are worse than Bama, but better than UGA. That’s what is insulting to them. “You’re not top 4” but here, just be 5.

If for one second you think that if Florida State and Alabama’s rolls were reversed and the committee left Alabama out because they lost their QB, you are ignorant.
