Colorado mashing it at Tech and Tech not being able to run at all was not what it looked like early. If the Colorado passing offense was more than just throwing it up 40 yds downfield they would have something.

Is there a new forward progress rule in college football this year? That female line judge just ruled forward progress stopped nearly five yards behind an actively moving pile.
