Exactly. He’s pretty much using the left and near perfect footwork, even when doing silly shite, to place his oppenent’s head on the point of the TMA triangle. There’s a famous Muay Thai fighter that does the the same thing when he’s ready to finish fights, but the straight right is an elbow to the forehead.

Greg Haugen. Pure fighter. Severely lacking in defensive skills but a real warrior.

2. Tommy Hearns

I like fighters who bring it not technical boxers

Boxing, I’ll go with Sugar Ray Leonard.

MMA Oleg Taktarov. Wasn’t the best ever by far but probably has the most kneebar submissions by anyone in the history of the MMA.

While certainly not the best MMA fighter, my favorite is Rich Franklin. My family and I spent some time with him a few years ago before and after an event. If I had not know who he was, my interactions with him would have not led me to think he was a fighter. Just an extremely nice person.

RJ was just incredible to watch and Mike Tyson was just unbelievable in his prime.

in other words you have nothing to dispute the claim that he's the most dominant boxer ever?

Huh?

Read my post again. Learn more about boxing. Focus on competition and eras, google “define:context”

Vitals isn’t even a top 5 heavyweight.

If you're simply looking at blind numbers, then how is he more dominant than Marciano?

Marciano has been knocked down multiple times and almost all his big wins(Walcott, Moore and Charles fights) were fights where he came from behind.

And it's not apples to apples but Rocky had like 7 title fights, Vitali has like 17

But he lost to Chris "hands of charmin" Byrd.

That ends the conversation.

He won every round against Byrd and then tore his rotator cuff and couldn't continue.

You probably think watching Holmes was boring also.

He almost killed the HW division in the 80's. Jab, Jab, Jab, Jab, Jab...

Rinse and repeat.

I like watching Sonny Liston hit people in the head.

Sonny is my favorite.

I also like the epic battles (haggler/hearns, gatti/ward, ali/frazier) if looking for 2a, 2b, 2c.
