Ah, says he fell into a secure parking lot. Only one I'm aware of that you can fall into from the stadium is the player lot. He fell from the upper deck concourse all the way to probably a few feet below field level.

Here's the lot. I guess he'd have had to fall from the top of the upper deck (right under the green roof, there's a gap between the fence and roof) for it to be a 65 foot fall. The concourse is the same height as the small red/white cube over to the right side of this view. That's a vendor stand.
I imagine if he didn't fall, a friend was messing around and trying to scare him and let him fall.

Well, some people that were up on the fourth level are saying that he was smoking weed and was running from security when he jumped.
Idiot if that's the truth. He had to know that there was nothing between there and the ground. If you've been up on the top level of the Ted, you know there's nothing.

I'm going to go with not-suicide. Out of all the places in Atlanta to jump, that's a pretty random one. Feel bad for his family/friends.

Well, people that were up there say that he jumped.
If he didn't, dude was absolutely hammered or acting like a jackass. I know where he fell from, and no one not being stupid could fall from there.
