That's it! They should fire him and fine him. And not let him coach in the league for 5 years. Fiduciary responsibility needs to be enforced more when its violated.

If they really want to punish the team and coach they should have to trade Cousins to Cleveland for Shedeur and have to coach Shedeur

100K fine for the coach? I understand that he’s probably not struggling to pay his mortgage, but assistant coaches are not out signing 50 million dollar contracts like the players are. 100K for an assistant coach is going overboard.
