That was some really crappy time management by the Falcons! No use of timeouts, and no efforts to go out of bounds. Not to mention some happy feet by Matty "Ice".
Right on the heels of a flub by Manning and the Giants relative to the 3rd and short, that looked like a 1st down. No call for measurement and a crappy and hurried call on 3rd and short.
