Just turned it on. Obviously strong enough that it blew out windows in the buildings there at the finish line. Awful, awful stuff.

The timing is strange because the main part of the race is over. The elite runners would have started at 9 AM and finished before Noon ET. The people coming in now are near the back of the pack.

Apparently the Red Sox game was letting out at about the same time. Maybe that explains the timing if it is indeed not a gas explosion or something like that.
