Their pitching is still a problem and that will eventually play out this year. Their system has some pitching talent but not sure if that will help them this year.

True, but they have the most draft capital in the MLB if they are still serious contenders come deadline time to acquire pitching. 6 top 100 picks, most in the league.

Two of them are competitive balance picks including #32 overall, so yes they can.

What's crazy is that 3 of them are from the 2020 draft that was only 5 rounds. Masyn Winn, Alec Burleson, and Jordan Walker.
