Chris Berman never made fun of an athlete's name. He would come up with nicknames. There's a big difference between Terry Swimming Puhl and what Anderson said.

People are so fricking sensitive today. It’s really.pathetic. My friends and I twisted and made fun and made not so flattering nicknames out of each others all the time and nobody gave a shite.
Have no idea if Whitecloud gives a shite. Hopefully he’s not as fragile as some of us.

Talking trash between friends isn't the same thing as a professional broadcaster making fun of a person who they have never met while going over a new story.
