Most UW fans are either indifferent towards WSU or actually root for them. UW fans absolutely hate Oregon and consider them our biggest rivals. WSU is generally seen as a friendly rivalry by UW fans.

The Apple Cup (for drama) and Territorial Cup (for hate) are the best two of three rivalry west of Rockies
The Governors Cup (UNM NMSU) though is probably better but nobody watches it outside NM

No it doesn’t. It’s not as heated as Governors Cup. It’s bigger yes. The Holy War doesn’t have fan shows air openly mocking each other on television and since game isn’t shown people don’t know about it.
