Shapiro had to distance himself from the Hilter bomb Cochran dropped. Bad analogies are fairly common, but suggesting the OJ trial was somehow similar to the Holicaust was maybe worse than evoking images of civil rights heroes. Alot was made of the defense team performance but i think the jury selection and sequestering would have been impossible to overcome for any prosecuters. They wanted to go home and werent going to hold OJ accountable for anything.

Mark Fuhrman though-- he's not sickening?
His tapes in 1983 or whatever year in the 80's? Yes, it was. The people I mentioned gave interviews in the last year or two and that's how they felt. From the interview he gave on the documentary I didn't see anything racist about it. That's why I didn't mention Cochran either.

I'm really surprised FoxNews works with Mark Fuhrman.
Or maybe I'm really not.

At the time of his death, Goldman was 6'1" and weighed 170, OJ weighed about 210. I will take a former NFL running back (even at his age) with a 40 lb advantage and with the benefit of a surprise attack over a scrawny 170 man anytime, black belt or not.

Why wasn't it not a Grand Jury trial?

Actually, the team pushed him aside.
After the trial was over, he tried to save face on the talk show circuit to save his practice.

Man, I feel bad for ole Marcia after watching this. Between Fuhrman and Darden she didn't stand a chance. Her looks of disgust at those 2 clowns were something to see.

Marcia looks like a MILF now

Bailey was supposedly the biggest POS

He and that defense investigator definitely come off as the biggest shite bags.
Schenk was also bad but he half arse admits to what he was doing. Bailey still pretends to believe in OJ's innocence

I did not like the racist that currently works for the Cochran Law Firm either.
but I do agree that F Lee Bailey is the biggest piece of scum on that team.

I don't get how Darden was able to go against pretty much all of the prosecution's wishes and ask OJ to try the glove on.

Also irrelevant but odd note...both helicopter pilots that followed the bronco that day went on to become trannies. What are the odds ? I guess slightly higher in L.A. still...
