Roommate is called to testify at the trial. Prosecutors asked him if he told the internal investigators if he was home during the rape. He said yes he was and that he heard no signs of struggle or anything. Prosecutor then says, then how come your cell phone records say you were here? Prosecutor got a subpoena to obtain phone records,something the internal investigators could not do.
How do you expect any internal investigators (Title IX department) from any school to do a thorough investigation when you don't give them any tools to do so.
